“ECOFLAKES” PINE SAW DUST BEDDING
Advantages of chip bedding have already been noticed a long time ago. It provides a bright and fresh climate in the stable, while being warm, comfortable and safe for horses. This type of bedding is dedusted, pressed and packed in foil bags, which are easy to transport. The bales are delivered on pallets, packed with extra film to protect the bedding from moisture.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENT
The first filling of chip bedding in a 3x4 m box with a thickness of approx. 20 cm amounts to 4-5 bales. During daily clean-up in the box, it is only necessary to remove fouled bedding. The first refiling should be done after about one week. Refill the bedding by adding a half of the bale, 3 times a week. Complete removal of the bedding from the stable box should be carried out only when a horse is dewormed.
PREMIUM PELLET BEDDING (CRUSHED)
Crushed straw pellet features a larger specific surface area. Larger specific surface area = more liquid absorption = dry bedding for your animals. This type of bedding is mainly recommended for use in poultry farms.
The pellets can be crushed to obtain a size of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, which increases their surface area by as many as 50 times.

Once the horse is taken out of the stable box, spread the pellets evenly in the box. The amount necessary for a 3x3 m box is approx. 6 to 9 bags, 18 kg each. Slightly moisten the pellets with water and wait for 45 minutes until they absorb the water and start expanding. Next mix the moist pellets using a shovel and take the horse in. After 2 to 6 weeks, remove old and provide new bedding.

Straw as bedding for animals has been used for many years. However, only recently a new technology has allowed improvement of straw used for bedding by producing straw pellets. Now it is well known that straw granules belong to the best bedding types for horses. Straw pellets mean a relatively long-lasting and cost-effective material for horse beddings. They are produced using 100% environmentally friendly wheat straw.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Slightly moisten the pellets with water and wait for 45 minutes until they absorb the water and start expanding. Next mix the moist pellets using a shovel and take the horse in.
